GP6525型高压无气喷涂机技术先进，新颖*特，不易发生换向“死点”故障；也不易由于排气部位的“绝热膨胀”造成“霜冻”结冰而停机；新型的消音装置，大大降低了排气噪声；配气换向装置新颖*特，换向动作灵敏可靠，压缩空气消耗量少，能源消耗低；在主参数相当情况下，不但其重量仅为国外同类产品的三分之一，体积仅为四分之一，而且具有较高的工作可靠性，有利于确保涂装周期，提高和保证涂装质量。
